Return of free items & gifts To be able to refund you the full purchase amount, the return must include all items of your order. This also applies to free add-ons (such as our bracelet) or products from "Buy 2 – Pay 1" promotions.

If the free gift is not returned, we will deduct the regular sales price of the item from your refund amount.

You will receive your refund to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive the return!

Restocking fee

No restocking fee is charged. The full purchase price refund will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the return. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
