Returns of Free Items & Gifts To process a full refund of your purchase total, your return shipment must include all items from your order. This also applies to free add-ons (such as our bracelet) or products from "Buy 2 – Pay 1" promotions.

If the free gift is not included in your return shipment, we will deduct the item's regular retail price from your refund amount.

You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of our team receiving your return!

Restocking Fee
