You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return of Free Items & Gifts To enable us to refund the full purchase amount, the return shipment must include all items from your order. This also applies to free add-ons (such as our bracelet) or products from "Buy 2 – Pay for 1" promotions.

If the free gift is not returned, we will deduct the item's regular retail price from your refund amount.

You will receive your money back to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the return!

To help us improve our service and products, we also greatly appreciate constructive feedback, which is why a reason for the return & suggestions for improvement are always welcome!

Restocking fee

No restocking fee is charged. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 7 working days after we receive the return. The original shipping costs are not refunded.
