Delivery to Austria & Switzerland takes approximately 2–3 additional business days.

If you wish to return your order, please send us an email at kontakt@amdor.de or use the contact form in the "Contact" section to let us know about your inquiry. You will receive a prompt response with further instructions for returning your item to our German return address.

As the buyer, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are either free or a restocking fee of €5 will apply.

You will receive your refund via your original payment method within 7 days of our receiving your returned item!

For returns from abroad (outside Germany), customers are responsible for any applicable value-added tax, customs duties, and return shipping costs.
